Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Stillness Co. (“we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you book a session with us, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

Bookings are made on WhatsApp. When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp name and phone number, and anything you choose to share, such as your preferred date, time, area and session preferences. Once your booking is confirmed, we also ask for your address and home access details so we can carry out the visit.

This website does not ask for or store your personal details. The booking options on our home page only fill in your WhatsApp message on your own device. Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

Please avoid sharing sensitive health information in your first message. If something is relevant to your session, we can discuss it privately when we confirm your booking.

Why we use it

We use your personal data to reply to your enquiry, arrange, confirm and deliver your session, contact you about it, and keep basic records of our bookings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. Our conversations take place on WhatsApp (Meta), which handles messages under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider runs this website. We may also disclose data where required by law.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. The website does not use cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for reasonable record-keeping, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

Sharing your details is voluntary, but we cannot arrange a session without them. You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.
